BE ON TIME- your time is important to not only you but also us. If we fail to arrive in a timely matter, we will adjust your billing accordingly for the inconvenience. If we arrive more than 30 minutes from the scheduled time slot, we will reduce your final bill by 10%. This applies to all scheduled appointments 24 hours in advance of arrival time.
CHARITABLE RECEIPTS- at GREENAWAY, we donate and recycle as much as we can. With that said, if any of your items are donated we will provide a tax-deductible receipt to you for those items.
